the room we stayed in was spacious with private bathroom.

The venue's position was central. We stopped by Mlle Cupcake for coffee and treats, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel.
Not obvious to find.

I had a wonderful stay at Auberge Maison Roy. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to buses and free parking. The continental breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious, especially the crepes. The owner was easily reachable and attentive to any needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the bathroom, very modern but no tub. The room was clean but small, and he said this was his best room.
We walked for over 2 hours until we got to the old city! It was only a 13 dollar cab ride back though. I was not expecting it to be that far. Plus to get to the breakfast place, it is four blocks away and as soon as you flash your vocuhers it seems the servers no longer care about you.

The hotel is well served by a good city bus service so you can go in the center city by bus
Is a house arranged as hotel. There is no space. Very basic furniture. Extra small bathroom. The cover bedding did not look fresh and cleaned.

The staff was friendly and provided helpful advice for things to do. The beds were comfortable and the room had the right temperature for a good night's sleep. The location was fantastic, in a quiet area just minutes away from the main attractions. The manager/owner was super friendly and took the time to chat with us, giving great recommendations.
Felt so relaxed, nothing to complain about.

The owner was concerned about our welfare.
Not good maps, distances were farther than I expected. Quebec is an expensive city!

Location being near to LAVAL university.
The breakfast was very bad and was far from the hotel. One has to pay the tip as well. Check out time is 11 ama which very unconvenient. At leats it should be 13PM. Smell in the room. No cross ventilation in the room.

Location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.
Rooms were small and in need of renovation. The noise from the mobile AC was unbearable.
